All government employees, whether they are working on climate policy or not, are feeling this pressure and are urged to be involved in achieving the national sustainability agenda and Net Zero commitments. Green skills and knowledge in the public sector are key to tackling this global threat.
This short online course, which will be in Arabic, introduces the fundamentals of Net Zero that every government employee must learn. It provides key definitions, whilst introducing the global and regional landscapes, pathways towards Net Zero carbon, the role of the public sector, and lessons learnt from policies and programs around the world.
